The client now syncs orders with a server configured in settings
When orders are deleted, a property on them is set to true, they are not removed from the file system
When the user presses End Of Day, all orders are marked with an EOD flag which is sent to the server, which then tells the client to remove the orders from the filesystem
When the user presses Remove Old Orders a similar function occurs
Added settings for sync server and sync key
Orders now have unique ids attached to them
Added ability for text input
Added server connection icons in the corner
Changed styling of connection icons
