In reports, the getAllOrders function only returns ~50 orders and a seperate getOrderStats function is used to get stats. all functions acting on the orders are in IpcMain so the renderer process never needs all the orders.
Greatly improved speed at which orders load, 4000 orders load in 15ms (used to be ~10 seconds)
Added a button to manually refresh orders in reports, removed automatic fetching of new orders
The itempage is now more responsive to different screen sizes
Added a reusable please wait component
