Each target exports a TargetDescriptor from its index; catalog/registry consume path resolvers and import builders. Remove import-map-targets, slim map-targets/import-map. Simplify init detection, tweak schema and eslint. Add unit coverage for extend load, install sync/fetch/native scan, descriptor dispatch and paths; update e2e and integration matrices.
