v2.33.1 — Clip transcription read-back + auto-sync verification

Clip transcription read-back and more trustworthy auto-sync reporting.

• Added media_pool_item(action="get_transcription") → {text, truncated, status, has_transcription}. Transcription could previously be triggered but never read back. Resolve's Transcription clip property is a preview that ends in an ellipsis when the full transcript is longer, so truncated tells callers the text is partial.
• Changed Auto-sync audio verifies linkage by reading each clip's Synced Audio property before and after the call, reporting linked / newly_linked / already_linked instead of trusting AutoSyncAudio's unreliable boolean (still returned as success, but trust linked).

Live-smoke-validated on DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.0.0.
