v2.33.2 — Custom .setting authoring guide

Documentation: a guide for hand-authoring DaVinci Resolve .setting template files.

• Added docs/authoring/setting-files/ — how to author Edit effects, transitions, titles, generators, and Fusion macros as .setting files: the Lua-table format, the InstanceInput/UserControls control catalog, thumbnail conventions, Templates install paths, and hard-won gotchas (ordered vs unordered Inputs, ControlGroup anchoring, transition easing via LUTLookup, KeyStretcher on titles, the category-subfolder rule, OFX boilerplate, and more). Includes 13 copyable starter templates and is linked from docs/SKILL.md.
