Fixed

• stack setup's printed tip line referenced a personal brainstorming
  doc (PLAN.md) that was never part of this repository. Removed — the
  tip now just reads:

  tip: for curl/Postman/non-browser clients to also resolve *.localhost,
  consider Acrylic DNS Proxy (optional, one-time, needs admin rights)

Added

• CLA.md (Contributor License Agreement, enforced via a bot on new PRs)
  and CONTRIBUTING.md — a clear path for outside contributions.

No other functional changes since v0.1.2.
