Correction: the original release notes incorrectly described 100 installable Skills. A real Skills CLI scan found 88 installable SKILL.md directories. The inventory and all localized READMEs are corrected in v0.2.1. Use v0.2.1 or later.

This release introduced the cross-agent repository installer, the validated 25-Skill public SandBase catalog, contribution guidance, and the canonical Apache-2.0 license. The scoped npm package was prepared but not published.
