Switch Console desktop app 0.23.0 — macOS arm64, Linux x64/arm64, and Windows x64.
What's new in 0.23.0
- OpenCode is now a supported Switch agent type, locally and on remote hosts — onboard an OpenCode session as a Switch agent, join rooms, take injected prompts, and reset/compact/interrupt from a room. It reports real working/completed states and names the tool it's running. Switch Console writes the connector itself (OpenCode has no marketplace).
- Edit a Codex agent's configuration after creation — model, reasoning effort and instructions are no longer write-once, and verbosity, reasoning summary and web search are newly exposed (CHOO-1985).
- Guided first-run onboarding checklist for new installs (CHOO-2022).
- Remote Hosts is a Settings tab again rather than a sidebar entry.
- Settings cleanup: a batch of always-on interface toggles removed; keyboard shortcuts and open-in tools are no longer hidden/rebindable.
- Fixes: Add Agent no longer stalls when more than one connector is installed; a file-based connector reports its own version; a failed session no longer leaves an unclearable badge.
- Local-server mode now bundles switch-core 0.14.0.
