MUXFleet 0.2.0

@sandeberger sandeberger released this 28 Sep 11:05

Upgrading from 0.1.0? Stop the daemon first. Windows will not replace mf-muxd.exe while it runs, and stopping it ends every session:

mf daemon stop --drain
winget upgrade MUXFleet.MUXFleet
mf daemon start --resume

Fleet view

  • s cycles the sort order: attention (the default), name, date, id, tag. The choice is remembered per instance, and every order except attention holds still while agents work.
  • New session (n): Shift+Tab walks the directory completions backwards, and F7 creates the folder you typed (one level), so a new repository no longer needs a trip to a shell.
  • A moved selection waits a second before its screen is read, so holding j walks the list without reading every row.

Attach

  • The mouse wheel scrolls the session's history. Attaching replays 1000 lines of scrollback (it was 0 for mf attach and 200 in the fleet view), and mf leaves the wheel and click-to-select to the terminal until a program in the session turns on mouse reporting.

Other

  • mf also finds mf-muxd.exe when mf.exe is reached through a symlink of its own, for example one made by hand in a bin directory.

Portable x64 zip: unzip anywhere and run mf.exe. It is unsigned; check it against the .sha256 file beside it.
