• Updated the migration method to include file and category exclusion from the file browser
• Updated toggle template to use the exclusion settings

Known issues:

• Can't search by child categories on the Categories page
• Update shortcodes method hasn't been implemented, displays a disabled button on settings page

• Allow file format upload settings to be changed in the plugin's settings
