Added

  • Post-merge health loop. kit health now fails closed unless every connected
    sensor is green, treats pending GitHub Actions as non-green, and reports open
    Dependabot PRs as action items.

  • External signal sensors. Health checks can now include Sentry, Resend,
    PostHog health issues, and Tinybird recent jobs when those services are
    declared or detected and credentials are available.

  • ADR discovery and skill lint gates. Added kit adr derive support for
    proposing enforceable ADRs from repo structure, and made the skill linter a
    CI-enforced gate.

Fixed

  • Kit CI report loop. Cleared CI self-report warnings that were sending false
    follow-up noise after otherwise green runs.

  • Externally managed hooks. Hook checks now accept external hooks that satisfy
    kit's configured hook contract instead of treating any non-kit-owned hook path
    as broken.
