Alpha release for the current master state.

Highlights

• Installer provisions a repo-local Python (.uv/python) + virtualenv (.venv) via uv.
• Installer provisions a repo-local Node.js + npm into ./.nodeenv/ via nodeenv (no system Node required).
• run-webui.(sh|bat) starts Backend API + Vite UI and prefers .nodeenv automatically.

Install / Run

• Windows: install-webui.bat then run-webui.bat
• Linux/WSL: bash install-webui.sh then ./run-webui.sh

Notes

• Override Node pin with CODEX_NODE_VERSION (default: 24.13.0).
• If .nodeenv exists with a different Node version, delete ./.nodeenv/ or set CODEX_NODE_VERSION to match.
