How to run:

  1. Download PersonalCleaner-v1.0.zip below and unzip.
  2. Right-click PersonalCleaner.exe -> Run as administrator.
  3. First launch shows a Windows SmartScreen prompt (app isn't code-signed yet)
    -> click "More info" -> "Run anyway".
