• Added persistent memory via Database_Memory to store/reload conversation history by session_id.

Improvements

• Agent_Runner now loads prior messages, appends the new user turn, calls the provider with full context, and persists only newly added messages.
• OpenAI provider now records tool_calls on the assistant turn and appends tool results with tool_call_id into the message stack for proper replay.
• Message supports lightweight metadata; stored as JSON when persisting.
