Release list
ThreadForge 0.10.8
ThreadForge 0.10.8
Keep your agents, previews and tasks neatly arranged as your workspace grows.
What's new
- A clearer canvas: agents and browser previews share the main area, while notes and checklists use a dedicated column on wide windows and a separate section on smaller windows.
- Automatic arrangement: adding any panel type adjusts the layout to fit the canvas. Arranged layouts adapt to window and sidebar changes and leave room for the team task.
- Manual layout control: with automatic arrangement disabled, existing panels keep their positions and the new panel is placed in an empty space.
- Undo arrangement: restore your previous panel positions, sizes and zoom after using Arrange.
- Smoother checklist editing: editing tasks no longer shifts the canvas through native scrolling.
Click Arrange to tidy an existing workspace. Use Focus or Group focus when you want more room to read your agents.
Includes the formatted release-note improvements from 0.10.7.
Download ThreadForge-Setup-0.10.8-x64.exe, or open Settings → Updates in ThreadForge to download the update and choose Install and restart.

Fixed
- Update release notes now display readable headings, bullet lists and bold text instead of raw HTML tags.
- Improved spacing and text wrapping in the release-notes panel.
- Remote release notes are restricted to text and basic formatting.
The checklist cards and group focus features from 0.10.6 are included.
Download the Windows installer below, or open Settings → Updates in ThreadForge and choose Install and restart after downloading.
ThreadForge 0.10.6 - Checklists and group focus
ThreadForge 0.10.6
Keep tasks and your team in view with checklist cards and group focus.
What's new
- Checklist cards: add tasks, edit titles and task text, check off completed work, and see progress directly on the canvas. Choose Add checklist from the canvas right-click menu or Ctrl+K.
- Group focus: choose two to four agents and view them together at normal terminal text size. Select Group focus in the top toolbar, then Choose agents to change the selection.
- Restore your canvas: use Canvas to return to your saved panel positions, sizes and zoom. Focus selection saves with each workspace, and running terminal sessions stay attached when changing views.
- Saved context: checklists save with their workspace and are included in backups and team briefs. Backup imports remap focus selection to the newly imported panels.
Download ThreadForge-Setup-0.10.6-x64.exe, or open Settings → Updates in ThreadForge to download the update and choose Install and restart.

Agent tools included
The Windows installer now includes Codex CLI 0.160.0, Claude Code 2.1.289 and Gemini CLI 0.62.0. Node.js LTS 24.21.0, npm and Git 2.56.0 are also included. The official GitHub login helper remains bundled.

Settings → Terminals shows the included versions. Custom CLIs remain user supplied.
Account sign-in
Google sign-in is required before opening the workspace. Later launches restore the saved account automatically. Signing out saves and locks the workspace. Your profile photo, name and email appear at the bottom left of the sidebar.

Build and syntax checks passed. All included tools reported their pinned versions. Packaging checks require the provider binaries and runtimes to be present. Interactive provider logins and automated UI tests were not run.
