Full non-FT Teltonika wiki regeneration for AVL/IO definitions (not limited to a single device family).

• 88 supported models — adds ATC700/704/774, ATM700/704/774, FMB930 alongside the existing FM/FMB/FMC/FMM/FMU/TAT/… catalog
• Expanded AVL ID coverage (tachograph, LV-CAN, e-mobility, and related elements)
• FT / FTC / FTM platform intentionally omitted
• Wildcard (*) lookups with a known wire size prefer the most widely supported definition (keeps device-specific quirks such as FMB930 External Voltage model-scoped)
• Case-duplicate wiki rows collapsed (e.g. ATC HW-support naming variants)
