FT platform ioelements + experimental USB programmer

  • FT / FTC / FTM ioelements — wiki Data Sending Parameters included so FT-series AVL IDs decode correctly (e.g. external voltage 800, manual geofence 155–157); Trip max kept at 1 so 0/1 still decode as bool
  • Experimental USB Configurator programmer — standalone Linux CLI under experimental/usb_programmer (own go.mod); text + FMBX over USB; tested on FMB020 and FMC920 only — unsupported / write-capable
