Skeleton UX, blog priority sorting, and SEO/content updates

This release introduces a structured skeleton loading system across key data-driven sections, detail views, search, and document pages for smoother first-load UX. It also wires blog priority-based sorting behavior, adds a new blog post, updates sitemap entries, and includes additional SEO/social preview metadata refinements.
