First Android build. arm64 only (any phone from roughly the last eight years).

Installing:

  1. Download the APK on the phone.
  2. Android will ask permission to install from your browser or file manager; that prompt is normal for an app not coming from the Play Store.
  3. On first launch Chesy downloads the chess engine's neural networks, 107 MB, once. Best done on Wi-Fi. Everything after that works offline.

The engine is real Stockfish 18 running on the phone. Games are analysed locally and never uploaded.

This file was replaced after publication to fix language pack downloads, which pointed at a hostname with no DNS record. If you downloaded before that, re-download to get the working build.
