QEMU for Samsung Android Kernel (v2) — Qualcomm & Exynos/MediaTek Support

This release provides statically-linked QEMU system emulator binaries for running Samsung Android kernel images with both Qualcomm (Snapdragon) and Exynos / MediaTek SoC emulation.
