The first version of my tutorial set geared towards students new to bioinformatics. The tutorials are contained within Jupyter notebooks, and the necessary software is distributed as a Docker container. The container has core bioinformatics and data science packages in R, as well as data science packages in Python. The Docker image is published on Docker Hub, tagged as saramaiah/bioinformatics-tutorials-jupyter-nb:1.0.0. The Dockerfile is also included for local image builds.
