Update version checker

Updated the version checker after moving the website onto Github pages.

Currency support and update checker

• Add support for currencies in transactions, asset accounts, and investment income
• Calculate sums in USD using exchange rates
• Automatically check for updates and show a notification on first launch
• Update some pip packages and Angular versions

Cents fixes + color fix

• Monthly asset account entries and investment account entries weren't saving cents - fixed this
• Also fixed color of investment income line to not be the same as expenditure

Timezone fixes

• Trying to input date-dependent data on the current day near the end of the day would sometimes fail because of collision with UTC times. Frontend would read in local date-times and then pass on date-times converted to UTC to the backend. The backend (before) would then just truncate the date-time string to get the date, but now it converts the string to the local timezone and then truncates to get the date.
