Re-release Pre-release RC-4 with bugfix

Only one minor change from the current RC tree: fixed a bug where gcode files that are too large (multi day prints) failed to download in time before the timout, failing to log filament count.

Bonus: front loading the projected filament count to print start means 50% of the work for the new "not enough filament on the spool warning" is already done for me!
