Package Vibrancy accuracy pass — removes false "End of Life" flags on healthy packages and adds a pub points quality floor so high-scoring packages are never labeled Stale.

Fixed

  • (Extension) 8 packages falsely classified as End of Life in known_issues.json have been downgraded to caution or active — local_auth, font_awesome_flutter, animations, flutter_email_sender, flutter_sticky_header, flutter_rating_bar, workmanager, flutter_phone_direct_caller were contradicted by their own pub.dev scores (135-160/160 points).
  • (Extension) Packages with >= 140/160 pub points can no longer classify as Stale — the pub points quality floor promotes them to Legacy-Locked at minimum, preventing high-quality quiet packages from appearing abandoned.
  • (Extension) calcPopularity pub points normalization cap corrected from 150 to 160 (the actual pub.dev maximum).
  • (Extension) Fixed dead-code status string mismatch in adoption-classifier.ts and transitive-analyzer.ts — checks for 'end-of-life' (hyphenated) now correctly use 'end_of_life' (underscored) to match known_issues.json format.
