Web UI (aig web)

A new locally-served web interface for browsing your intent history visually. Built with Vite + React + MUI.

• Intent list — DataGrid with status, checkpoint count, dates, sorting/filtering
• Intent detail — stat cards (checkpoints, files, duration), tabbed view with checkpoints, diff, conversations, trust
• GitHub-style diff viewer — unified and split view toggle, red/green line highlighting, dual line numbers, file tree navigation, expand/collapse all, lazy loading, large file collapsing
• Conversation viewer — chat timeline with markdown rendering, [User]/[AI] role parsing, search, "My messages" filter
• Timeline page — bar chart of checkpoint/intent activity over time (MUI X Charts)
• Intent graph — D3 force-directed visualization of intent relationships
• Dark theme matching the docs site brand color (#646cff)
• 23 tests for diff parser and DB queries (vitest)

Claude Code Integration

• CLAUDE.md — agent instructions that make Claude Code aig-aware automatically (start sessions, use aig checkpoint instead of git commit, write semantic messages)

Fixes & Improvements

• Checkpoint ordering — aig log and aig review now show newest checkpoint first, matching git log convention
• Imported intents — marked as "done" (not "active") and use the original commit timestamps instead of import time
• TypeScript symbols — fixed export extraction to show actual names (theme, App) instead of generic "export"
• Landing page redesign — dark GitHub-style canvas, animated hero terminal showing full aig workflow, styled terminal comparisons, trust bar, CTA section

Open Questions (documented for future discussion)

• Session ceremony vs quick fixes — should aig checkpoint work without an active session?
• Provenance timing — AI detection happens after checkpoints, causing incorrect trust data
