π FallbackServer v3.2.0 β Stable Release
We are pleased to announce that FallbackServer has officially exited beta and reached a stable release.
Thanks to community feedback and extensive testing, this update brings important fixes, optimizations, and two major new features: a complete debug mode with automatic diagnostics, and real-time detection of crashes or freezes on Spigot servers.
π οΈ Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the
/hubcommand occasionally failed to execute correctly - Improved reconnect and fallback logic for smoother player transitions
- Refined internal validation for more reliable behavior
βοΈ Optimizations
- Reduced overall resource usage (CPU and memory)
- Optimized internal logic for better performance under high load
- Improved handling of fallback tasks
π§ New: Debug Mode + Auto-Diagnosis
FallbackServer now includes a full debug mode with built-in auto-diagnosis (enabled by default).
This system offers clear, contextual messages to help identify potential issues faster β both for users and developers.
π₯ New Feature: Crash & Freeze Detection
FallbackServer is now, to our knowledge, the first plugin able to detect in real-time if a Spigot server crashes or becomes unresponsive β not just when it goes offline.
This means no more uncertainty about why players aren't being redirected β the plugin can now tell when something is truly wrong.
π Notes
- The FallbackServer Addon is now required for correct plugin functionality
- Updated documentation will be available within the next 24 hours
π Thank You
A sincere thank-you to everyone in the community who submitted feedback, tested builds, reported issues, and supported development.
This release would not have been possible without your help. β€οΈ
