• Added signing and verification of Apple Mach-O binaries, DMG disk images and PKG flat installer files

Bug Fixes

• MSI: Try to preserve original SAT and MSAT locations. This should fix MSI files large enough to need an additional MSAT sector failing validation with a hash error.
• MSI: Truncate file past the last sector. FIxes validation error in cases where signing caused a sector to become free. Usually this can only happen when re-signing with a smaller certificate chain and/or without a timestamp.
• PE-COFF: Don't fail if SizeOfHeaders extends past the actual header (#9)
• verify: skip certs that fail to parse if the chain otherwise is complete (#11)
