refactor: replace vuedraggable with VueUse useSortable

- Replace vuedraggable component with VueUse's useSortable composable
- Use useTemplateRef for DOM element reference
- Add SortableEvent type for proper TypeScript support
- Update template to use native div with ref instead of draggable component
- Add @vueuse/core and @vueuse/integrations dependencies
