Initial Release

This is the initial public release of CLOVE, an Android framework engineered to streamline application development and seamlessly bridge communication with embedded systems. This production baseline comes equipped with our core system capabilities, including an AI-assisted dashboard design framework, automated zero-CORS configuration wrappers, and high-performance, plug-and-play modules built to abstract underlying hardware operations for Bluetooth Classic, BLE, Wi-Fi, and local USB serial devices. For absolute application installation instructions and local asset deployment guidelines, please read the primary README.md file.

Predefined Methods

All methods listed below are introduced as core baseline features for this initial production release. From the next release onward, modifications will be marked based on a direct comparison between the immediate previous release and the current build, using the inline labels $\textcolor{#2ea44f}{\text{[ADDED]}}$, $\textcolor{#2563eb}{\text{[UPDATED]}}$, $\textcolor{#d97706}{\text{[DEPRECATED]}}$, and $\textcolor{#dc2626}{\text{[REMOVED]}}$ to highlight structural changes.

System Compatibility

  • Android Environment: Optimized for Android 8.0 (API Level 26) and above. Requires standard system permissions for Bluetooth, Location (for BLE scanning), and USB Host capabilities.
  • Supported IoT Hardware: Out-of-the-box compatibility with any embedded system or micro-controller utilizing standard protocols, including:
    • Espressif Ecosystem: ESP32, ESP8266 (Wi-Fi / BLE / Bluetooth Classic)
    • Arduino & Modules: Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega paired with HC-05/HC-06 or HM-10 chips
    • Single Board Computers: Raspberry Pi 4/5, Raspberry Pi Pico W
    • Wired Serial Devices: Devices using CH340, CP210X, or FTDI USB-to-TTL hardware bridges
