Prerelease for FogDong#6 — rework init and KUBECONFIG configuration flow.

• kcs init now outputs an eval-able export KUBECONFIG=... line; use with eval $(kcs init) in shell rc files
• kcs init --session outputs export KCS_SESSION=<ppid> (if not already set) and the per-shell session KUBECONFIG
• Session mode kcs no longer prints export KUBECONFIG to stdout
• kcs shows setup instructions and exits when KUBECONFIG is not pointing to a kcs-managed path
