Remove deprecated APIs for string signatures, one-shot HMAC-SHA512, Token-2022 extension maps and type enums, Base58 RPC requests, and the fixed transaction-size constant. Affected applications require source changes and recompilation; see the migration guide for replacements.
Features
Transactions: Build, parse, and sign SIMD-0385 v1 transactions. TxBuilder supports instruction editing, strict validation, priority fees, compute limits, heap size, and loaded-account data limits, including conversion from legacy compute-unit pricing. Legacy and v0 transaction support remains available; sending v1 transactions requires activation on the target cluster.
Signing: Use signInOrder for positional signing or signByKey to match signers by public key, with corresponding Base64 conveniences.
RPC:getTransaction and getBlock requests with full transaction details now allow v1 transactions. Use BlockTx.skeleton() to parse transaction bytes returned by getBlock into a TransactionSkeleton.
Deprecations
The positional SequencedCollection<Signer> overloads of sign and signAndBase64Encode are deprecated for removal. Use signInOrder and its conveniences to preserve the existing behavior; use signByKey when key matching is intended.
Bug Fixes
Key import: Import keys from JSON with fields in any order and ignore extra fields, including nested objects and arrays. Nested fields cannot supply or override the imported key, and missing-field errors now name the required field.
Instructions: Equal instructions with valid data spans now have equal hash codes, allowing interchangeable use as HashMap keys and HashSet entries even with different backing arrays or offsets. Keep retained data and account inputs unchanged while an instruction is stored in a hash-based collection.
