Syke 0.5.0 is the release where the memory agent becomes a real local system.
Pi is now the runtime. Observe is now a deterministic sensor boundary. The memory
contract is explicit end to end: events.db is immutable evidence, syke.db
is mutable learned state, MEMEX.md is the routed projection, and harness files
are downstream attachments. The result is a tighter, more inspectable, more
portable memory agent that can run locally and distribute itself through the CLI
and skill surfaces power users already live inside.

- Pi replaces the older proxy-heavy runtime path and becomes the canonical agent
execution engine for ask, synthesis, daemon work, and replay. - The memory system now runs around a clean authority split:
