What's new

• Job search across multiple job boards: search open roles under Find jobs. Defaults to all of the US, with up to five cities, and fills to about a hundred results filtered by your preferences.
• One-click apply: select roles (or select all) and apply in one press. Each role is scored first, and only roles that clear your match bar are tailored and submitted.
• No approval gates: an Apply press carries through a paused board and browser faults. You're only asked when a form needs an answer.
• Live application steps: follow each application through Score, Tailor, Check, Apply and Submitted, with a readable timeline and a link that opens it in the pipeline.
• Career Ops redesign: one search composer, with results beside the role you're reading.
• Refreshed UI: consistent motion and styling across the dashboard, with sliding tabs, ticking counters, a status bar, calmer Needs you cards and icon links.

What's new

• One job search form: choose Claude or Codex, job boards, roles, locations, interests, and posting dates.
• Broader discovery: find companies beyond your watchlist across Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and iCIMS using Career Ops directories.
• Streaming, resumable searches: see matches and activity as they arrive, stop without losing completed results, and continue with the next batch of companies. Coverage and unreachable boards are visible.
• Apply selected: send checked roles through scoring, résumé tailoring, and final application. This manual action works while automation is paused and only authorizes the selected roles.
• Prepare for review: use Score & tailor selected when you want to review the résumé before applying.
• Live application progress: Your applications appears immediately after Apply selected and shows queued, scoring, tailoring, applying, and final outcomes. Progress survives refreshes; successful applications show their date, and blocked roles show the reason and a pipeline link.
• Cleaner search UI: compact search controls beside results on desktop, responsive layouts, and stable preferences and selections during polling.
• Automatic scanner setup: startup checks and installs missing Career Ops runtime dependencies. Claude/Codex search uses the selected client's subscription login; scoring, tailoring, and submission continue through AppliedIn's existing services.
