Creations Browser 1.1.0
Creations Browser 1.1.0
The first public release. A Mod Organizer 2 plugin for Fallout 4 and
Skyrim Special Edition that browses Bethesda's Creations catalogue (with
prices for paid ones and a mark on the ones your game already has) and
downloads the free ones as ordinary MO2 downloads.
Unofficial. Not affiliated with Bethesda or ZeniMax. Only free Creations
are downloaded, straight from Bethesda's servers. You are responsible for following
Bethesda's terms; each Creation's author keeps all rights.
Highlights
- Tools > Creations Browser in MO2 opens on the most downloaded
Creations. Search by words, paste a creations.bethesda.net link or id, or
browse the whole catalogue. - Filters: PC versions only, Free only, categories, Verified creators
only, Official creations only, and In my game only: the Creations your
game downloaded through its Creations menu, paid ones included, marked
"In your game" everywhere. - Sort by: most downloaded, trending this week, popular this month, most
popular (all time), most liked, best rated, newest, recently updated, or
title. - Details: author, version, size, downloads, likes, dates, categories,
description, PC release notes, required DLC and Creations ("Download these
too"), preview picture and a link to the Creation's page. - Downloads are checked against Bethesda's size and checksum, accepted only
as game data underData, and saved as a zip with MO2's.metain your
Downloads tab. Install them from there as usual. Each Creation's page becomes
the installed mod's web link, and it isn't mistaken for a Nexus mod. - Shows Downloaded, Installed and Update available.
- Store Creations show their price in Creation Credits (with sales), or
"Claim in game (free)" when the store gives them away; get those in the game.
Never
Paid or unclear Creations are never fetched. There is no login and no account,
nothing is bundled or mirrored, nothing runs in the background, and only one
download runs at a time.
Install
Close MO2. Copy plugins\creations_browser from the zip into your MO2's
plugins folder, then start MO2. It needs MO2 2.5.2 or newer (tested on 2.5.2). Don't install the zip as a mod. To turn it off,
use Settings > Plugins.
Tested
- Mod Organizer 2.5.2 on Windows 11, with Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE.
- Live in real MO2 for both games: search, sort, browse, download, install,
and paid Creations refused. - 376 automated tests.
Known
- Starfield is not supported, and won't be: its Creations are only in the
game's own in-game menu (tied to your Bethesda account), not on the public
Creations website this plugin uses. - Bethesda can change its service at any time. If searches start failing,
check for an update. - MO2's Downloads tab shows "ID -1" for these files, meaning "not a Nexus file".
- A requirements list can repeat a title when Bethesda lists the console and PC
copies of a paid Creation.
