Download the application (Windows)

GETELEC-windows.zip, under Assets below. No Python needed: extract the zip, open the GETELEC folder and double-click GETELEC.exe. The application is not signed, so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC": click More info, then Run anyway. Step by step: INSTALL.md.

What is new

No change to the calculations: every result is that of 3.1.0.

• The citation lists give the arXiv preprint, arXiv:2610.07013, in place of the IVNC 2026 conference paper.
