I just read https://www.scala-sbt.org/1.x/docs/zh-cn and I must say the translation has... rooms for improvement.

At least after all these years LLMs are getting decent at translation. I think we can use an LLM to mass translate, another pass to use LLM to review its own translations. I speak Mandarin so I can give the result a final look & do some last minute editing.

For sbt 2.x documentation, maybe we can try https://github.com/google/mdbook-i18n-helpers/, which uses https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gettext

Just try it on the 2.x version. I don't think we still need to touch those 1.x documentations since they are out of date many years ago.
