New Search Modes

  • --tool-input — Search only within tool input content (commands, arguments). Find every bash command that contained git push without matching on surrounding text.
  • --file <PATH> — Filter to messages that touch a specific file path in tool inputs/results. Answer "which sessions edited src/main.rs?" instantly.
  • --thinking — Search only within thinking blocks. See what Claude was reasoning about.
  • --no-thinking — Exclude thinking blocks from search results. Focus on visible output only.
