Release Notes

This release marks the first update following the archiving of the original repository.

Changes:

• Renamed the package to @scanreco/node-lz4.
• Added a GitHub Actions workflow for publishing to npm.
• Included openssl_fips variable initialization to ensure compatibility with newer Node.js versions.
• Updated the version to 0.7.0 and moved the publish script from a .sh file to package.json.
