Adds the Open Science Assistant chat widget to every page via the
Jekyll default layout. The widget loads the EEGLAB assistant which
provides help with EEG analysis, EEGLAB functions, and tutorials.
Widget snippet is loaded just before in _layouts/default.html
so it appears on all pages using the default layout.
