This mod enables you to override XML files loaded from mods and DLCs. Handy little utility mod for advanced users, modders and server admins. The mod also has console commands for copying XML files from DLCs you own. Feel free to use and modify as you want. Used at your own risk, no warranty given.
Example #1: You want to modify several XML files in one or more mods, but you don't want to keep distributing large mod files to other players in multiplayer when you only want to change some small XML files in existing mods.
Example #2: You want to modify a vehicle XML file inside a DLC, but the files are encrypted.

Multiplayer is fully supported.
Some limitations may apply, based on mod/DLC loading order. Store item data from DLCs will probably need to be reloaded using console command.
