Accepted Batch03 integration — internal review only

Adopts the accepted Performance Sheet (Metrics), Decision Dispatch (Project Status), and Incident Atlas (Postmortem) from fresh main 6615011. Do not merge/deploy until project-lead integrated review. The first five deployed designs remain unchanged.

Scope

• Three canonical HTML sources, three canonical generated thumbnails, accurate manifest descriptions/1280px capture viewports, appended BUILD-NOTES, and two scoped regression test files (10 files total).
• Project Status is exact accepted bytes. Metrics/Postmortem differ only by parent-approved noRedundantRoles-only file directives and four native Postmortem ID th scope="row" cells. Explicit table roles retained for responsive display compatibility. No CSS/text/data/SVG changes.
• No runtime/schema/billing/CSP/dependency/launch/infrastructure changes.

Evidence

Integrated review, actual gallery cards, before/after thumbnails and source mappings

• 301 original text nodes, 251 numeric occurrences, 47 keyed groups; SVG/meter/link/record parity intact.
• Eight paired accepted/final screenshots and Chromium AX snapshots identical, with native scope and accessible row/column relationships verified at desktop/tablet/phone widths. Chromium-only limitation disclosed.
• pnpm check: 87 initial errors → 0, 31 warnings vs baseline22, individually classified. Two justified rule exceptions; no warning suppression or CSS reorder.
• Build passes; 1126 unit passed /12 skipped, 233 e2e passed /12 skipped. New native-header test fails before the correction; 14 browser assertions cover existing seven viewport projects.
• Fresh 12 main +36 boundary frames, 19 HTML +Markdown smoke, no-JS/growth/typography/contrast checks pass. Actual1440/390 cards preserve chart/ledger, both decisions, impact/trace. First-five live source/thumbnail hashes preserved.
