Sidebar — the left sidebar is gone, along with its Activity, Stats and month calendar widgets and their settings. The calendar now sits over the board.
Sync — this version writes a new sync format, so every Mac has to be updated. A Mac still on an earlier version stops syncing until it is.
Tags — tags now belong to a project. Existing tags move to Main, and tasks in other projects keep the tags they already carry.

Backlog — a task no longer needs a day. The Backlog column holds undated tasks and shows next to every day: moving a card out gives it the day on screen, moving it back in takes the day away.
Milestones — a project's tasks can gather under a milestone with an optional target date. Its diamond fills as tasks are resolved, and the board can show one milestone, or all of them, instead of a day. A new milestone can be created right from the milestone picker.
Calendar over the board — the day button at the bottom grows into a month view with Days and Milestones tabs. A card dropped on a day moves to that day; dropped on a milestone, it joins it. A setting chooses whether the calendar opens as soon as a card is picked up or only when the card is held on the button.
Project settings — each project has one screen for its description, milestones and tags. The Workflow section in Settings is now called Projects.

Editor — numbered lists renumber themselves and keep their start number, and brackets and quotes close automatically again.
Projects — Main is always listed first.
Deleted tasks — now live in Settings.
Task IDs no longer show on cards or in the editor. The card menu and the editor toolbar still copy them.

Projects — a project created from the project picker is now selected right away, and deleting a project now removes its tasks and tags instead of leaving them hidden.
Editor — code typed in a code block opened inside a list item now stays in that item instead of jumping to the start of the line.
AI Assistant — the model picker now highlights the model in use.
Updates — a failed background update check no longer shows an error, for example when the Mac is offline. A check started by hand still reports why it failed.

Switching days, projects and milestones no longer reloads tasks, and edits appear the moment they are made.
