Cloud API key support: set FIRECRAWL_API_KEY env var to authenticate with Firecrawl Cloud
Smart default URL: automatically selects https://api.firecrawl.dev when a key is detected, http://localhost:3002 otherwise
FIRECRAWL_API_URL always overrides the default
