Add support for consider_home

• Add support for consider_home to device_tracker entities (addresses #108 and #113), refer to this page (link) for more information on consider_home
• Entity naming and Eero logo display options are now network-specific rather than account-specific (config flow is modified to support this)
• Add last_active entity for Profiles
