This installer was distributed via LINE rather than a static link in the official webpage of U-TRAN. Thus, I put the binary here. There are two
variants of this version, x86 and x64, but I provide only x86 version, because NVDA releases are x86.

After setup.exe completion, the setup program will generate several files (MetecBD.dll, MetecBD.py, MetecBD.pyo, u-tran_x86.cat, u-tran_x86.inf, u-tran_x86.sys, u-tranUsb.inf, and u-tranUsb.sys) under brailleDisplayDrivers subdirectory of NVDA user configuration directory. For latest NVDA versions, it is necessary for users to manually enable code under user configuration directory.

Note that the package is not compatible with NVDA 2019.3 or later.
