refactor: rename int_val to __int__#103

Renames the custom `int_val` method to standard Python dunder `__int__` and replaces occurrences of `.int_val()` with `int(...)` or `int(self)`. Removes `__int__ = int_val` assignment since `__int__` is now natively implemented. Also updates tests, examples, benchmarks, and docs.
