Replaced `list(self)[1:]` with `itertools.islice(self, 1, None)` in `bv.runs()`. This prevents creating a full copy of the bit vector array in memory during iteration, reducing peak memory overhead for the operation from O(N) to O(1) while slightly improving speed.
