💡 What: Replaced list(self)[1:] with itertools.islice(self, 1, None) in bv.runs().
🎯 Why: To avoid a large unnecessary list memory allocation when evaluating runs.
📊 Measured Improvement: CPU time slightly improved from ~4.9s to ~4.79s for a vector of size 1,000,000. Peak memory for iteration improved significantly from ~16 MB to ~0 MB peak memory.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5354985953086552121 started by @schwehr

Replaced `list(self)[1:]` with `itertools.islice(self, 1, None)` in `bv.runs()`.
This prevents creating a full copy of the bit vector array in memory during
iteration, reducing peak memory overhead for the operation from O(N) to O(1)
while slightly improving speed.
