🎯 What: Removed commented-out loop in BitVector.py during slice assignment.
💡 Why: Code clean up. Removing dead or commented out code improves readability and maintainability.
Verification: Verified by running the full test suite (uv run pytest), which passed without issues. Removing comments has zero functional impact.
Result: A cleaner source file with no behavioral change.
