v0.9.2 — Travelling Light

A patch to diff checking. A diff's sides resolve when it is checked, so a side can be a name the env only holds at run time; when one resolves to nothing, the error now names the diff and points at its source line.

Unresolved diff sides name their parent diff in error trace

The diff check raises DiffKeyError, a KeyError carrying .diff. The (consistency) effect locates the failure by that diff instead of matching the symbol against every diff's sides, so two diffs sharing a side are told apart. The lazy loader's consistency and consistency_incremental raise DiffCheckError (a PltgError, still a KeyError) at the diff's source line, where before a bare KeyError escaped unlocated. A side the env holds only at run time still resolves.
