Telepage v1.1.4

Added

Download external OG images locally: when Lite Mode is off (download_media = true), scraped thumbnails from TikTok, Instagram, etc. are now saved to assets/media/ instead of stored as external URLs. Fixes broken thumbnails caused by expiring CDN tokens.

Falls back silently to the external URL if the download fails. Note: Aruba shared hosting blocks outbound HTTP to TikTok/Instagram CDN — the fallback applies automatically on those hosts.

Upgrading from v1.1.x

Extract zip over existing installation. No migration script needed.
